Hotel Mystays Gotanda - Tokyo

my recent stay at a hotel in Tokyo was great, but my summer holiday at Mystays Gotanda was even better! The location near JR Gotanda Station was convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was cozy and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. Can't wait to stay here again!

No clean room service

Well priced and perfect hotel in a family friendly area close enough to the Gotanda Station as well as very close to a station on the Yamanote line with plenty of dining options. Magnificent location not too far from Sony History Museum.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior travelers. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easily accessible elevators and clear signage, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

It would have been even better if the children working there could have provided more assistance and information to make the vacation for senior people even more enjoyable.

Friendly staff, neat rooms, linen and toilets

They said that they will charge ¥ 2000 for cleaning the room. Bed sheets, room and toilet was not cleaned on all the days of stay!!! This was told only after booking the room.

Location: the hotel was close enough to several other restaurants as well as convenience stores. The place had a friendly atmosphere👌

One positive aspect of my xmas stay was that they allowed us to check into our room an hour early. This was extremely helpful as it was pouring rain outside and we desperately needed a dry change of clothes. Another advantage was the hotel's location, which was just a short walk to the nearest train station. It made navigating Tokyo much easier.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a rock. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with all the essentials. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, and there were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to drop off our bags early in the morning.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement with better options for a more satisfying meal.

For the price, this hotel in Gotanda, Tokyo is an absolute gem. the location is unbeatable - just across from the Gotanda station, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major tourist destinations. Secondly, the staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist this non-Japanese speaking tourist. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a TV, microwave, and refrigerator, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was so conveniently located near the Gotanda train station, making it easy to travel around this city. We were also thrilled to find it very clean and well-equipped with WiFi and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel had awesome LED televisions in the rooms, so we could binge-watch our favorite shows after a tiring day exploring Tokyo. The staff were super cool and helpful, and the location was perfect for us party-loving teens. We were just a short train ride away from all the hot nightlife spots!

We wished there was a fun rooftop bar or a cool hangout area where we could meet other young travelers. It would've been epic to have a lively atmosphere in the hotel itself.
